The EWC Controls 14X12 ND motorized damper is constructed with a heavy-duty 0.8-inch extruded aluminum frame and glass-filled nylon bearings for quiet, maintenance-free operation. It features overlapping parallel blades to ensure low leakage and a UL-listed motor actuator rated for 24 VAC with a 3-wire power-open/power-close function. The damper includes integrated end-stop adjustments for setting relief air leakage and maximum open position, and bright green and red LEDs indicate the damper's open and closed positions. It is designed to operate at static pressures up to 1.5" WC and comes with a 5-year warranty.
