The EWC Controls 12X12 ND Motorized Damper is a 12" x 12" rectangular damper designed for HVAC systems. It features a heavy-duty 0.80” extruded aluminum frame and nylon bearings for quiet operation. The overlapping parallel blade design ensures low leakage, and the UL Listed 24 VAC 3-wire power open/power close motor actuator is rated at 18” lbs. of torque. Integrated end-stop adjustments allow for a percentage of relief air when the damper is powered closed and a maximum open position. Bright green and red LEDs indicate damper open and closed positions. The damper has a 97% leak-proof rating and is designed to operate at static pressures up to 1.5” w.c. and duct velocities up to 1,500 ft/min. The motor is mounted on the second dimension specified, and the easy access, quick connecting terminal block eliminates the need for wire nuts. The damper is UL Listed and NEMA Class 2 certified.
