The TurboMax 45 operates on a counterflow, instantaneous heating principle: potable water flows upward through copper coils while boiler water circulates around them, transferring heat rapidly without storing stagnant water. This design eliminates the risk of Legionella, reduces scale buildup, and provides exceptionally fast hot‑water delivery.

The tank is constructed from high‑carbon steel, MIG/argon welded for durability, and insulated with HFC‑free polyurethane that limits standby heat loss to <0.5°F per hour. The system includes an adjustable aquastat, pressure relief valve, drain valve, air vent, and leveling feet.

With a 200,000–500,000 BTU/hr heating range and 15 GPM flow capability, the TurboMax 45 delivers 392–907 gallons of hot water in the first hour and supports continuous flow rates up to 859 GPH, making it suitable for high‑demand environments.
