The IronRidge XR100-BOSS-01-M1 is a Bonded Structural Splice (BOSS) that joins two XR100 rails into a seamless, hidden, electrically-bonded connection with no extra tools or hardware. Its one-piece bonding springs maintain rail strength across the splice and carry the grounding path through, letting installers place splices anywhere along the rail (except mid-span) to speed long-row Projects.
