Enertech installation literature describes the unit logic board as the component that operates the compressor and protects the unit by locking it out when safety switches are engaged, including high pressure, low pressure and flow or freeze protection switches.

Control boards are revision and model specific. Confirm the part number against the unit model and serial number, and note the existing board markings, before ordering a replacement.
